Ukraine Approves Technical Regulations on Ecodesign

The Cabinet Ministers of Ukraine approved several technical regulations on Ecodesign. These regulations relate to th requirements for ecodesign for the following types of product:  

  • electric power consumption in no-load condition and average active efficiency of external power supplies  
  • fans  
  • power transformers  
  • glandless circulating pumps  
  • water pumps  
  • vacuum cleaners  
  • simple set-top boxes  
  • electric motors  
  • household refrigerating appliances  
  • lighting equipment

All these technical regulations are based on the relevant EU regulations. Please, see the comparison table below:
